Shortbread biscuits with honey

50g Trozzo honey
1 pinch of salt
1 yolk + 1 whole egg
1 sachet of yeast
lemon peel (or vanillin)
Once the ingredients have been mixed together, put the mixture
in the fridge for 30 minutes. Take back the dough and with the help
of a rolling pin roll out the dough to the desired thickness.
With a classic cookie cutter, make Trozzo Honey biscuits.
Then distribute them on a plate lined with parchment paper and bake
at 150 ° for 10/15 minutes. Once golden they are ready to be
baked and enjoyed.
They can be stored for several days in an airtight container.
