ORANGE HONEY

On the olfactory level, orange honey is very reminiscent of the characteristic floral and citrus scent of orange blossoms. The taste is very sweet, and still recalls the sour notes of citrus fruits albeit in a slight way. Like all other honey, it has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, plus it has a calming and relaxing action. It is often recommended to relieve anxiety and counteract headaches and insomnia. It is attributed purifying properties if consumed before meals or even in herbal teas and infusions.
